Pawel and his team completed a conversion of a garden flat replacing 3 loadbearing walls and installing new bathrooms and kitchen, windows, floors and much more. Pawel’s team took the time that was needed to do a great job, and everyone in our building was very happy with both the price and the standard of the work done. When we pointed out one minor paint drip they came round the next day and sorted it out immediately with no hassle. Communications were excellent throughout, which makes a nice change! Total interior and exterior decorations were undertaken along with sanding and vanishing of the timber floor. New roofing works to the extension was also carried out. London Home Build carried out extensive works to my property which comprised construction of a loft conversion, complete re-roofing, interior decorations and installation of timber flooring. The works were carried out in a very professional manner with excellent coordination with the Architect, Structural Engineer and Building Control to ensure smooth uninterrupted progress of onstruction. The Labour resources were always adequate for the various tasks, and always punctual, courteous, and achieved a high standard of workmanship.
